Dr. Matthias Volk – CEO
With a Ph.D in Biochemistry and having more than 30 years of experience in IVD industry, Dr. Matthias has worked across different regions of Europe, China and Canada in management positions before founding T&D Diagnostics Canada in 2018. Considered as one of the leading veterans in IVD field, he is currently helming the Chairman post of T&D, managing the global business from T&D Canada head office.

Manish Varma – COO
Starting his career as a Sales Representative in Span in India in September 1991 with his last job before T&D in AllTest as Vice President (Marketing) till July 2020, Manish has seen IVD industry at multiple levels to have an insight in market requirements to drive the growth. With nearly 30 years of experience in IVD and B.Sc. from Calcutta University, India, Manish Varma now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of T&D Diagnostics Canada Pvt. Ltd.

Kwan Tse – Head of Regulatory and Quality Affairs
Kwan holds a B.Sc. degree in Biological Chemistry and has worked with US and Canadian companies like BTNX and Seroclinix for 6 years before joining as the Regulatory and Quality (RA/QA) Head of T&D. Based out of Toronto, Canada, Kwan has successfully spearheaded many critical projects for T&D that includes getting the USFDA and EUA approvals for Sienna™ COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests in the US, BFarm approval for Sienna™ COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests in Germany and Health Canada registration of T&D analyzer machines in Canada.

Abhishek Mukherjee – Director: Technical Services
A Pharmaceutical Technology graduate from Jadavpur University, India and a certified PMP®, ITIL®V4 with 16+ years of experience in managing IT and technical operations for IT giants like Infosys, Abhishek is currently responsible for all Technical Services of the company including ERP, E-commerce platform development and communications with E-commerce Platforms along with general technical support and technology transfers in pan-global operations including different subsidiaries and external parties. Also responsible for developing the policies that affect the machines under authority of T&D (including its subsidiaries).

Srishti – Finance Manager
Having a post-graduate degree in Business Management from Monash University, Australia, and a Business Management graduate from Cardiff University, UK, Srishti currently takes care of the financial health of T&D from Toronto, Canada. Having prior experience in many start-ups including Mr. Yum (Australia), Srishti works closely with our customers ensuring timely deliveries of products and manages customer payments and accounting of T&D. She is also a part-time student pursuing Business Accounting from Humber College, Canada for a better understanding of Canadian Tax laws and regulations.
